types of poetry

When a precious loved one has died, you need prayers and empathy. Each person develops their own personality and character as they go through life; this is what makes the person so special and unique.

Seeing a life celebrated and hearing words of sympathy and celebration from others often helps them move through their own grief journey. Love poems need not be long, short, good, bad or ugly in order to work. Laughter will forever be the best medicine, better than any doctor prescribed pills or holistic remedy passed on by a health therapist.

The poem reads similar to many of his love sonnets, and in fact has been debated for some time as many believe it is in fact a love poem. There are many websites where many poems are available. If the deceased was a practical joker or light-hearted individual, maybe a poem that incorporates a bit of humor would remind their family of what a happy spirit that individual was.

Your poems don't have to be miserable or sad. Whatever you decide to stay or how you decide to read the poetry will add that personal touch.
